Drawing on a diverse education in design, sculpture and performance, Gagnon combines his early professional experience working for Frank Gehry and Gaetano Pesce together with an intimate understanding of materials and light to create objects and installations that explore our place within the constructed environment. In addition to his studio practice, Gagnon has created installations for NASA, W Resorts, The Four Seasons Hotel, the City of Los Angeles, Peter Marino Architects and more. He has also designed functional objects and sets for dance. He studied architecture and dance at Cornell University and has taught design at Otis College of Art and Parsons.
