Triode was the first showroom in Paris to promote the new generation of American designers, the majority of whom are now known internationally. Having long established relationships with these designers, Jacques Barret offers his clients an expertise and an insider's knowledge of this creative movement.
In 2014, he organized the exhibition, "American Design in Paris," at the Mona Bismarck American Center, an event that confirmed the innovative and thriving design scene happening across the country.
The showroom offers a unique setting that reflects an appreciation for the craftsmanship, attention to detail and the finest materials that go into making their work.
Triode featured the work of independent designers such as Jason Miller (founder of Roll & Hill), Lindsey Adelman, David Weeks, John Pomp, Bec Brittain, and Fort Standard from the beginning of the careers and now they are joined by the newer generation including Apparatus, Ladies & Gentlemen Studio, Rosie Li, Workstead, and Bower, among many others.
